Bidding Opportunities
Columbia University Facilities is conducting a pilot program for posting select bid opportunities on our Web site. By conducting this pilot, we hope to become more transparent in providing some bid opportunities for construction vendors.
Unfortunately, not all bid opportunities have a wide enough lead time. In those cases, we will continue to utilize our current method of notification of bidding opportunities, which includes, in most cases, seeking at least three bids on upcoming work.
If you would like to submit a proposal to work with Columbia University, we invite you to view the opportunities listed below in each Notification or Request for Proposal (RFP). Each document contains information on the project's scope, requirements, submission deadlines, and contact. Please carefully review the information below.
Current Opportunities
- Manhattanville Utilities 12th Avenue Storm Sewer Project
- Manhattanville Abatement & Demolition of Vacant Buildings
