24-Hour & Commuter Parking

Fulll-time Columbia faculty and administrators Grade 14 and above who live north of West 96th Street and south of West 145th Street or who live in University housing in Manhattan outside those boundaries are eligible for University 24-hour parking. For more information, visit our General Information page.

Semester Parking for Adjunct 

Semester parking for adjunct professors is available each semester on the days they teach and on one additional day for departmental responsibilities.  Any other days must be authorized in writing by the department head. For more information, visit our General Information page.

During June, July and August, there is a temporary increase in available parking for which the following Columbia University affiliates may apply:

Daily Parking

Daily commuter and 24-hour parking at $15 per day is extremely limited during the academic year particularly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Requests must be made at least 2 days in advance. For more information, visit our General Information page.
