Sublet Application Instructions
- Download and print the application by clicking on the appropriate Sublet Application below.
- Complete the application, sign and obtain the signature of your subtenant. Keep a copy for your records.
- Student Sublet Applications should be sent to the attention of: Columbia University, Off-Campus Housing Assistance Office, 400 West 119th Street, New York, NY 10027. (The office is located at 401 West 119th Street, near Morningside Drive.)
- Students can check the status of their sublet application by clicking here. Questions? Send a message to the OCHA office: subletting@columbia.edu.
- Faculty and Staff applications should be sent to the attention of Jane Hunt, Columbia University, University Apartment Housing, 400 West 119th Street, New York, NY 10027. (The office is located at 401 West 119th Street, near Morningside Drive.)
- Faculty can check the status of their sublet application by contacting Jane Hunt at (212) 854-9429 or via E-mail at hunt@columbia.edu.
