Request a Service

We are pleased to introduce a new, online maintenance request system available for residents of Columbia Residential. The system was born from many resident requests and as part of our efforts for continued improved service. 

To request a service (UNI required):        

*In order to ensure prompt service and maintain safety, please submit urgent and time-sensitive requests by phone. 


The online request system is for non-emergency requests only. Online requests are not reviewed 24 hours per day.  For emergency maintenance issues, please continue to call your superintendent during regular business hours, and call the Facilities Services Center (212-854-2222) after hours.  The Facilities Services Center is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

You must have a Columbia UNI to access the online system.  If you or other members of your household do not have a Columbia UNI, you will need to continue reporting maintenance issues under the current system (by phone to your superintendent; through request forms available in the lobby; or by calling the Facilities Services Center (212-854-2222).
